Refund policy

Sales Policy:

  • No Returns on Filled Balloons:
    All sales are final once balloons are filled with helium. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the balloons have been delivered or picked up. This policy ensures that we maintain product integrity and safety.
  • Pre-Fill Adjustments:
    Any changes or adjustments to your order must be made via phone or emailĀ before the balloons are filled. Once the balloons are prepared, we cannot accommodate changes or returns. Please confirm your order carefully before processing.
  • Faulty Items:
    If you receive a defective balloon or one that was incorrectly filled, please notify us immediately upon delivery or pick-up. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement or fix the issue, but we do not accept returns for balloons that have been used or are in satisfactory condition. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
  • Delivery Issues:
    In the rare event that an issue occurs during the delivery process (such as damage, loss, or delay), New Haven Balloon LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and rectify the situation. Please contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies or damages during delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. However, we are not liable for any damages that occur after the balloons have been handed over to the customer.
